What to Bring to Your Appointment

• Photo ID for every family member applying — driver's license, birth certificate, passport, or other government-issued ID
• Proof of Delaware residency — utility bill, lease, or recent mail with your name and address
• Proof of income for household members who earn income — recent pay stubs, an employer letter, or a benefit award letter. If your household is enrolled in Delaware Medicaid, the Food Supplement Program, TANF, or General Assistance, bring that enrollment documentation instead

If you're approved, your eWIC card is loaded with your first month of food benefits the same day.

Recertification and Moving To or From Delaware
